Our Mortgage Advice Fees
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Some Buy to Let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Our charges are based on two considerations: the loan amount and the complexity of your individual circumstances. Our initial consultation is free and we will always explain exactly what you will be charged before you choose to proceed with us. As we offer a bespoke service our charges can vary. A typical fee for our residential mortgage advice service is £299. A typical fee for our buy-to-let mortgage advice service is £399.

Our client fee doesn’t merely cover the administration of your loan application. It also covers our extensive research, our expert knowledge, the mortgage advice you receive from us and the end-to-end support we offer you throughout your transaction.

Why pay a fee when other services are available for free?

By limiting your range of options to a single lender you could end up paying more for your mortgage than if you’d have received advice on over 50 lenders with us.

Will your bank consider your circumstances? Each lender has their own criteria which can be complex and vary considerably. Our extensive knowledge of this will help ensure you get a mortgage suited to your circumstances.

Banks typically close at 4:30pm and won’t give you their mobile number. We commit to being contactable by you when you need us – that includes late evenings and weekends!

We believe our personal, tailored approach places our service above that offered by large corporate firms who work on a business model involving a high turnover of clients. There is no fear of being just a number to us; we get to know our clients extensively and remain available to them for support and guidance long beyond the completion of any transaction. We commit to being contactable and responsive whether we are at the desk or away from the office and we won’t rest until your needs are thoroughly met.
